Exercise should also be a part of a healthy lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle is often an indicator of high blood pressure, so a little exercise every day can go a long way toward lowering it. Losing weight also makes a big difference. If you are overweight, your doctor will likely want you to do exercise and lose weight. It’s important to maintain a healthy weight if you want to have healthy, normal blood pressure levels.
